Interior Design Advice for my Bedroom please

I'm getting my own room soon.

Can you suggest a colour I should go for, please.

I want to be able to add a lot of antique, and yet fun, lively things. I don't want anything that makes it look depressing or too confined for decoration.

Please help...

Try gold and regal purple - a very interesting color combination, with lots of personality, and definitely elegant.

You could definitely add lots of interesting stuff, antiques, knick-knacks etc, to make it your own

Yellow is a very uplifting and cheerful color, and purple is very soothing and relaxing - so I think that this would be the perfect combination

Good luck with your decorating plans. I think you will love this dramatic combination.

I would suggest going with a very light blue for the wall colors. The reason I suggest that is because most antiques are made of a richer color wood than we are use to seeing today, and having the baby blue as a backdrop to that rich color will make your pieces absolutely POP out. And after all you are buying certain pieces because they are special. Show them off!!
