- Use a bold or strongly patterned wallpaper or curtain fabric, as a good starting point, to put together your whole interior design scheme.
- Combine a pattern with plain colors, picked out of the pattern design.
- Consider using patterned wallpaper on one wall only - as a focal point in its own right. Or use it to highlight another feature such as a chimney breast, or fireplace.
