 | This is a lovely, simple and traditional look for interior designs for living rooms, with a vintage feel. You can appreciate the lovely wood tones, through use of the blank, white walls. The colorful patterns on rugs and throws really come to the fore to add personality. A warm and friendly room, with a classic mediterranean feel. Simple and clutter free always works well! |
 | An unusual and very contemporary look. A nice contrast of the warm and bright yellows in flooring, accents and lighting, and a deep, rich black. White walls stop the look becoming too dark, and set off the wonderful feature fireplace very well. Note the very good use of ambient lighting to give that warm relaxing glow to the room. Very welcoming! |
 | Another very contemporary living room look in quite an unusual color scheme. A very modern and minimal look - contrasting very white walls, gray and a big splash of color for a large helping of accent. Very well designed but a little too minimal, bare and cold for me - could do with a bit more on the walls, and perhaps another color introduced? What do you think? |
 | I love this very classic look in yellow. A very warm and welcoming feel, and lots of white so the yellow's not been overdone at all. The mixture of patterns has been very well done here - slightly different patterns in curtain, sofa, rug and large vase are all similar enough to mix in well together. A unsual and successful twist on the usual oriental style. Very classy! |

 | Wow! What a beautiful, luxury living room. Colors are kept just to the warm side of neutral, so that the intricate, decorative carving on the furniture and fireplace can really stand out. Smart and traditional and looks very warm and homely! |

 | This is a gorgeous shade of green, that would look equally stunning in either a modern or traditional home. As it is such a strong color it is best mixed with neutrals. Always consider the effect on paint color you can see through open doors, or in open plan areas. |
