What color poster I should hang on my son's wall?

My Son wants a bright blue room. Kind of like a superman blue.

He has a large room, about 15x15 so I figure it can handle the blue walls.

He likes airplanes so I was able to make a throw out of fleece that has Airforce images on it that not only has the traditional red, white and blue colors, but it has a bright blue that matches the color that we want to paint the room.

I have purchased a red comforter to go on the bed.

The question is whether or not I can put the poster (image attached) that he likes on the wall over his bed.

The blue in the background on this poster is about the color that he wants his walls to be. The poster has some white in the background, but I was wondering if, with the blue background on the outer edges of this poster, would it look okay on a wall that is nearly the same color?

We have not been able to find a poster that we like as well as this one.
